I didn't really, but if Mike Dodd reads my blog then maybe he'll panic a little when he sees the title of this post and I'll get some small measure of revenge for being dubbed an alcoholic sex pest during our Radio News Reporting class.
Today was much better than yesterday for the simple reason that I got to do something other than vox pops. Variety truly is the spice of life.
I wrote and recorded a voicer this afternoon on the story of a guy who was stabbed after a row with a motorist that hopefully will get used in a bulletin this evening, and I wrote a couple of copy stories that made it into bulletins.
I'm also in the process of chasing an interview for a story tomorrow about thieves stealing satellite navigation systems from ambulances which would be quite interesting if it comes off.

You will present many, many bulletins I am sure - you've got a good, soothing voice, a plausible manner and, as previously discussed, a brilliant hairdresser. So you'll go far.
I like the "everything on this blog is comment"... it is sort of clever and sort of desperate at the same time.
Are those compliments a veiled way of saying I have a good face for radio?
